A recent example of their team’s dedication occurred when a customer booked their ‘Quad Totem’, including a complete rebrand of the unit late on Friday, for delivery the following Monday. The Quad Totem, built in conjunction with Crable, is a large piece of equipment that can charge up to 32 devices at once! Although, it was not an ideal situation, Richard and the operations team rose to the challenge: “Fortunately, we have some fantastic people who came in over the weekend. And thanks to their incredible effort and coordination, along with our logistics team, they ensured the setup was delivered on-time at 9am Monday morning.”
On another occasion, a city of London client made the initial enquiry for a charging kiosk with on-screen branding Monday lunchtime, to be set up at their offices by 7am on a Tuesday morning. Marnus Shoeman of Encore Global, who is seconded to the client, was impressed: “Chill & Charge must have pulled out all the stops to get the charging kiosk prepped and delivered in such a short timescale” he said.
